Strong Youth.
Strong Families.
There several challenges that young people and families from culturally and linguistically diverse communities (CALD) face in their everyday lives that are affected by the cultural barriers that exist in a new environment and cultures.
What the program is about
Strong Youth, strong families is a program that helps builds relationships between the youth and their families. It identifies specific issues relating to family breakdown and intergenerational conflict. It also fosters respectful family relationships and helps young people better connect with social, educational and economic opportunities within the South Australian community.
